Delivery:

Blue Crane Digital makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.  Orders for in-stock items placed on business days up to 6:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the next business day. 
If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you of the situation.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order.  For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and ship-to information are legitimate.  If your order requires verification, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you of the situation. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing.  Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view any shipping charges.

Shipping Rules:

A signature may be required for UPS and Fedex shipments upon receipt; therefore, someone must be at the delivery address to receive the package and sign for it.  Customers who are unable to make arrangements to receive a package at their home address may want to consider their workplace or the home of a neighbor as the primary shipping address.  However, this will require an additional verification procedure to prevent fraud.
Packages cannot be rerouted once dispatched from our warehouse; if you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.


Our Return Policy


• For the first 3 days of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
• You must contact us to obtain a RMA before returning any items.  Returns are only allowed for defective or unopened items.
• All returns must meet our guidelines.
• Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition, and be in the original shrink wrapped packaging unless the item is defective.
• Merchandise cannot be returned if it is missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC).
• Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid.  We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments.  We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

• Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
If the above conditions are not met, Blue Crane Digital has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. 

How to return an item?

At Blue Crane Digital, we strive to make our customers’ return process hassle free.  As all returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully. 
• Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy. 
• Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging and materials unless the product is defective. 
• Securely package the product within an outer box; do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the product packaging.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order, provided it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process.  If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.  However, you may return the item for a refund.  See Return Policy. 
Note:  Once shipped and in route, an order cannot be canceled.  If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit.  A restocking fee may also be deducted, at our discretion. 

 
Damaged / Missing Items upon delivery:

Damaged in delivery:  If you've found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with carrier.  Please don't return the merchandise without following these steps; doing so may delay the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items:  All missing items claim must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.  Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest and have the person delivering the merchandise sign, as well.  Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.


Product Warranties:  All new merchandise bought from Blue Crane Digital are genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value.  All items are warranted by Blue Crane Digital for 90 days. 
Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.  Our warranty is valid only at Blue Crane Digital.  Blue Crane Digital DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Our warranty is valid only in the U.S.A. 

 

Pricing and Availability


We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that the particular item is available on special order basis only).
In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you (usually within one business day).  We will charge your credit card only at time of actual shipment of item.

Credit Cards:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.
Please provide us the billing information for the credit card you are using.  Billing information includes the following: Name, address and telephone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or other issuer of the credit card.  If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address, then please provide us with a telephone number for the shipping address.

COD:
We do not accept COD orders. 

International Orders:

Duties and Taxes:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes.  These are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees / custom clearance charges imposed by the carrier are added.  These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.

This web site is intended to be a guide only.  Some items illustrated are for display purposes only, and are not necessarily included in the purchase price.  Specifications may change without notice.

By opening or using a product purchased from us, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the term and conditions of sale as set forth below.  If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please ship the product back to us unopened within 3 days of receipt via UPS Ground Service shipping for a full refund (less S/H charges).

Blue Crane Digital makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law.  Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchase, and seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.

Blue Crane Digital will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us.  The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Blue Crane Digital in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
